Having worked for over 10yrs as a Mortgage Broker, Bertrand helped hundreds of families building wealth through property ownership.
Bertrand brings extensive knowledge and experience to his role as the business founder and director at WeNeedFinance and very much enjoys his role as a Mortgage and Finance Adviser. He finds the process of meeting with clients, getting to understand their needs, providing excellent service and forming great ongoing relationships, thoroughly satisfying.
Bertrand has a Bachelor of Business from Swniburne University in Hawthorn VIC and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is an ASIC licensed credit representative and a full member of Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
Rebecca Cassar-Buffet
Operations Manager
With a Certificate IV and Diploma in Mortgage Broking, Rebecca enjoys supporting clients in their journey towards home ownership.
Rebecca previously worked as a Conveyancing clerk and has a deep understanding of how property transactions work.
She has also had her own wellness business in Camberwell for over 6yrs and was a finalist two years running for the Rotary Club of Kew and City of Boroondara’s John Reddish Service Excellence Award for provision of exceptional service to clients.
As a mother of 2 young children, she has strong community values and enjoys establishing and nurturing relationships with other families.
